Peter & Sandra Braund

Peter & Sandra Braund

When we started our ketogenic journey in early 2018, it spawned a ride we never anticipated. Health issues dissipated, moods regulated and our 50 yr old bodies started aging backwards. But why? How could something so simple like dietary changes not be promoted or prescribed? We felt betrayed by those we entrusted with our health and closed the doors of conventional nutritional wisdom forever. The ketogenic lifestyle can be overwhelming at first with misinformation and words like “unsustainable” or “unbalanced”. But that’s why we’re here and part of a larger community on a mission to help provide support, dispel myths and share the knowledge we’ve accumulated along the way. We are rebels in the arena of conventional nutritional wisdom.
We are, the Keto Outlaws.

Dr. Robert Cywes, MD, PHD

I too am a fat guy (no matter what the body looks like, the head will always be fat) and topped the scales at almost 300 lbs 12 years ago. I was an expert at failing weight loss programs, much like all of my patients, which is why I am so passionate about helping others just like me. Once I truly understood the root of the problem and was able to address the cause, I lost over 90 lbs. Through a deep understanding of the cause of obesity and empathy for my patients, I have been able to help thousands of others regain pride and confidence and take back their lives from the prison of obesity.

Autumn Jones

Autumn Jones

In July 2017, Autumn completely transformed her life, health, and her diet. After a lifetime of being overweight, unhappy, and hopeless, she sought guidance from the most knowledgeable being on the planet. Google. Basically, she just Googled “food to help you feel better”, as she was suffering from yet another flare-up, following her diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease in 2015. On that day, Autumn fell down an internet wormhole and learned everything she could about how to start the Ketogenic Diet. From there, her life was never the same. Keto has taught Autumn that it is possible to gain control, eat nutritiously, enjoy food, and live at a healthy body weight. Her purpose in life is to help others achieve those possibilities. In 2020, Autumn left her decade-long corporate career behind to devote her life to helping struggling people find health and weight loss success through her platform, Watch Autumn Keto. These days, when she is not completely consumed with creating valuable content and resources for her audience, you can find Autumn in her happy place, snuggled up on the couch watching TV with her husband Richard, and their three dogs, Milton, Madeline, and DJ.C

Dr. Ramon Issa

Dr. Issa grew up being very fit, physically active and involved in sports. As he started his medical career there was less time for these things and his personal health started taking a toll. As the amount of time that he had to devote to eating healthfully got less and less his weight became greater and greater. After his own father passed away from metabolic related health problems Dr. Issa looked at his own life and realized that if he didn't so something he potentially may not even live as long as his own father. At that time Dr. Issa weighed 308 lbs and he had many health problems.

In May of 2017 Dr. Issa started thinking "outside the box" of medicine that had practiced with his patients and started implementing in his own life, principals that changed the way he practiced medicine and his own health. He didn't have a surgical procedure or start taking a special exotic supplement or sign up for an expensive gym membership. He knew that that because he wasn't always overweight and his body wasn't always sick that his body could get better by changing his lifestyle and nutrition. Over the next 100 days Dr. Issa lost 94 lbs and transformed his health and felt better then he had in years.

Bronson Dant

Bronson Dant is a grandfather who didn't get into fitness until his late 30's. Since then he’s spent years learning, training, and helping as many people as he can.

In his words “I used to be the typical, middle-aged dad, dadbod, man-boobs and all. I finally had enough of not living up to the image I had of myself. It took me years but I've finally gotten to the point where my fitness and health are no longer limitations on my ability to enjoy life.

I've been training/coaching for more than 10 years. I've owned a health and fitness center and helped hundreds of people improve their lives. My focus is on helping you reach physical freedom. I want you to gain the ability to say "YES I CAN" to anything that life throws at you.

I live a carnivore lifestyle. I firmly believe that an animal-based, low/no carb, whole-food approach to nutrition is the best for the human condition. Everything that I do in fitness follows a similar holistic approach

Fitness is a tool that improves your quality of life, it doesn't have to be complicated, or stressful. Let's talk about what fitness really is and how you can improve it. I like to help people learn more about their bodies and how to make exercises fit their ability and individuality. Fitness is about every day living, not how much you lift or how you look.

There is more than strength, it must be controlled. There is more than speed, it needs direction. There is more than flexibility, it needs support. All of the parts of your body need to work together. That's what enables your whole life to get better through fitness. Let's see how we can improve your every day.”
