Step 2: CABIN PREFERENCES :
Cabins are priced per person, but assume 2 people to a cabin. Singles pay a double rate. Please email Debbie Hubbs (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a current quote.
Step 3: CruiseCare Vacation Protection Plan:
To make sure you have nothing to think about except having a good time, RCCL offers their CruiseCare Vacation Protection Plan. CruiseCare protects you both before and during your cruise vacation
Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption - cash reimbursement, up to the Total Cruise Vacation cost, for cancellations and interruptions due to covered illness, injury, or death of immediate family members as well as other covered reasons
Future Cruise Credits - equal to 75% of the cancellation penalty for non-covered, voluntary cancellations*
Trip Delay - up to $500 USD per person, in the event of a covered delay to or from the Cruise Vacation
Medical Protection - up to $10,000 USD per person, for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred due to a covered illness or injury during the Cruise Vacation
Emergency Medical Transportation - up to $25,000 USD per person, arranged and prepaid by AIG Assist for emergency medical transportation
Baggage Protection - up to $1,500 USD reimbursement toward lost, stolen or damaged bags and $500 USD for purchase of necessary items if bags are delayed more than 24 hours

Insurance costs range between $59 and $89 per person for Interior, Oceanview & Balcony cabins. Suite costs are between $119 & $259 per person depending on the category of suite chosen
Step 4: Gratuities (optional)
Royal Caribbean automatically adds a $14.50 USD gratuity per day to each guest’s SeaPass account on a daily basis. This gratuity is shared by Dining Services, Stateroom Attendants and crew that work to enhance your cruise. This will appear on your final bill on the ship. You can, however, prepay this now if you would like.
Step 5: Dining Preference
As a group, we generally choose the “early” dining option. If you prefer “late” dining, you may choose this option. The group will be seated together in the same area of the dining room. We ask that all guests please sit at your SAME table every evening, but you may rotate seats
